The city of Viana do Castelo is great for those who like to walk or bike. The train station is at the top of the main avenue of the city of Viana do Castelo. It serves the connections between Vigo (Spain), as well as Braga, Porto, Lisbon.


Beginning in May and finishing on the last day of October, the river route uses the Lima River to connect the city center, to Cabedelo beach.
